Can You Call Him Father?

Can you truly call God your Father? Have you ever thought about that? Our Father is able to discipline us, correct us, bless us. God is not like an earthly father who has tendencies to make decisions for themselves. God has us on His mind! He wants us to be righteous and holy! So therefore, all correction and judgement is because He loves us and wants us to turn back to Him, or to put us on the right path. God's better doesn't always seem better to us in the moment, but His ways are so good! Have you made Him Father, or are you still holding back and despising the correction your Heavenly Father is giving because you want to be in control?
